Hi! I’m Tasha Phifer! I’m originally from Charlotte, North Carolina but have lived in NYC for the last 8 years.

I love to travel, play tennis and anything really that gets me out in nature. When I moved to NYC 8 years ago I wanted to shake free of the status quo and hopefully discover a career path that would feed my soul and be a blessing to those around me. I have found exactly that as a postpartum doula.

I started out as a birth and postpartum doula in 2020. I really enjoyed supporting women on their prenatal and birthing journeys. The natural advocate and teacher in me worked hard to ensure my clients were informed and as prepared as possible for labor and delivery.

On this journey with my birth clients, I began to notice major gaps in their recovery and postpartum plans, so now my focus is to help families plan and prepare for a nourishing and restorative 4th trimester.
